Once your lease is signed you will receive an email to register for your own personal buildium account. If you are unable to access your Buildium.com account, please contact our office. Be sure to log-in to your tenant portal at least monthly. On the tenant portal you are able to view your current balance, pay your rent, communicate with our office, and submit maintenance requests.
